Finance Manager
Our Accounting team is growing, and we are looking for a Finance Manager to join us on our journey!
As the Finance Manager for our B2B business unit, you will be instrumental in maintaining the Live and RNG business division’s financial health. You will be responsible for establishing and overseeing a robust control structure and delivering insightful reporting to both internal and external stakeholders, directly contributing to our B2B finance goals.
Your day-to-day
- Lead and continue to develop the finance team of Live88 and OneTouch within the B2B division, including identifying team gaps, recruiting talent, and implementing necessary controls.
- Ensure intercompany agreements are robust and accurately reflect commercial practices.
- Be involved in contracts for B2B projects (including Live88, OneTouch, and similar businesses), ensuring adherence to best practices and providing financial input to the legal and commercial teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process for all commercial contracts, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in supporting all stakeholders.
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoice collection and follow-up, and collaborate with the Commercial team to resolve issues and improve reporting.
- Oversee the accounting setup and financial integration of new projects.
- Review and enhance accounting posting practices to ensure appropriate financial control.
- Manage all statutory reporting requirements for multiple entities, ensuring timely submission and the successful completion of annual audits.
- Take ownership of all VAT and tax-related reporting and reconciliations for various jurisdictions (including Malta, Isle of Man, Estonia, and UAE), ensuring timely and accurate filing.
- Prepare and distribute detailed project reports to project managers, providing context and analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Business Control function within the B2B unit.
- Support the wider finance department with cross-functional initiatives and projects.
- Provide direct support to the B2B CFO with ad-hoc reporting and strategic tasks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all external audits for companies under your responsibility.
Your background and mindset
- Fully qualified Accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance within an international business operating across multiple locations; ideally with experience in the B2B iGaming industry.
- Excellent knowledge of tax and accounting legislation, particularly IFRS.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a finance team to achieve excellent results.
- Proficiency in working with diverse data sets and managing change within accounting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and diverse environment, often under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to plan, manage, and follow through on multiple assignments.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
- A high degree of adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
