Office Manager
As an Office Manager at our Malta Hub, you’ll lead the charge in creating a vibrant, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
From daily operations and vendor coordination to onboarding and event planning, you’ll ensure every detail reflects Yolo Group’s fun, fast, and fair culture. This role blends workplace strategy, employee experience, and operational excellence - perfect for a proactive, people-focused problem-solver.
Your day-to-day
- Office operations & facilities: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, handle logistics (parking, packages, access cards, workspace readiness), and coordinate with building administrators/landlords.
- Vendors & suppliers: Track budgets and invoices, manage relationships with cleaning, catering, and office supply vendors; monitor inventory; oversee contracts and budgets to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- People & culture: Support onboarding/offboarding, organize events, and cultivate an engaging office culture that reflects our values.
- Workplace strategy: Optimize layouts and space usage, drive improvements, and support global workplace standards in collaboration with other hubs.
- Workplace safety: Ensure occupational health & safety compliance, and keep security aligned with company policies.
- Project Management: Lead or support cross-functional initiatives with Property, IT Support, and People teams to improve processes and employee experience.
Your background and mindset
- 3+ years in a similar role within a fast-paced environment (ideally iGaming or tech), supporting hybrid/international office setups.
- Proven experience managing office operations, vendors, budgets, and internal events.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across departments and locations.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivering results on time.
- Proficiency with office management tools and platforms.
- High level of ownership, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Capable of making independent decisions and working autonomously.
- Strong service orientation and passion for enhancing workplace experience.
- Comfortable with flexible responsibilities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations with a calm and efficient approach.
