Delivery Manager
Our Delivery Operations department is growing, and we are looking for new talent to join us on our journey!
The Delivery Manager will play a key role in ensuring that our product teams deliver high-quality work on time and within scope. This role is responsible for executing and maintaining the delivery framework, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and providing visibility for the stakeholders into the delivery process. The Delivery Manager will work closely with the Delivery Lead, Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of cross-domain projects and delivery of initiatives.
Your day-to-day
- Implement and maintain a delivery framework that supports timely, high-quality project deliveries;
- Ensure that the delivery framework is adhered to, supporting the overall strategy and objectives;
- Collaborate with the Delivery Lead to refine processes based on feedback and data, ensuring continuous improvement;
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure cohesive project execution;
- Track potential risks related to timelines, scope, and quality, and develop mitigation strategies;
- Regularly update the risk register and work with teams to resolve issues proactively;
- Maintain detailed visibility into project progress, focusing on transparency and accountability;
- Ensure that all delivery-related documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders;
- Provide regular updates on delivery performance, identifying any areas for improvement;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on goals, expectations, and delivery timelines;
- Communicate effectively with all relevant teams to ensure that projects remain on track;
- Support the Delivery Lead in managing client relationships and ensuring alignment on strategic goals;
- Utilize KPIs and other performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the delivery process;
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and successes;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and speed of delivery.
Your background and mindset
- Minimum of 2 years in a project/product management or a related role, with a track record of successful delivery;
- Proven ability to develop, gain buy-in for, and execute detailed project plans;
- Good understanding of software development methodologies and best practices;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Familiarity with process and document management tools like Jira and Confluence;
- Proactive thinker capable of taking initiative and driving projects from start to finish;
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences;
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with teams and stakeholders;
- Team player who works well across the organization to achieve goals;
- Able to use data effectively to inform decisions and drive insight;
- Committed to understanding customer behavior and its impact on business outcomes;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Experience in igaming is a plus.
